Residential complex Horní Počernice II
The purpose of the design is to eliminate the negative influence of the location and to design low-energy buildings distinguished by coexistence with nature within the optimal use of the plot. The residential complex consists of three balcony buildings, one stair house, an administrative building with luxurious living quarters and seven “underground” houses. The urban design creates a calm zone full of greenery, diverted from a nearby busy communication. The solution to a “quiet” transportation is an underground spinal communication connected to each building – “0 vehicles, only greenery”.
The project had been designed while working in the architectonic studio Hlaváček & partner.
